Communities of Owners
The objective is to offer a comprehensive service of administration and maintenance, which will relieve the President of the sometimes difficult and onerous duties of his office. The attention will be personal and detailed and immediate in any urgent or unexpected situation. On request, any communication to the proprietors can be distributed in Spanish, German and English.
- Preparation and distribution of annual budget
- Computer aided accounts
- Assistance at ordinary and extraordinary assemblies, taking and recording minutes, distributing the copies to the proprietors together with the corresponding documents.
- Applications for quotations from providers. At least two quotes for any service will be presented for selection.
- Negotiation, follow-up and control of work and installations on the building, together with periodic reporting on the progress, detailing completed stages.
- Review of the contract clauses to obtain the major benefit for the Community and informing the client on the rights and obligations assumed by both parties to the contract..
- Personal attention by e-mail or telephone to consult with and advise proprietors regarding individual proposals, related to the Community.
